The Gymaid Step Challenge

Christmas holidays are a time for festivities and the pressure to overindulge is intense! Now the holidays are over, we are back to normal hours in the Gymaid office and like many of you we’re thinking of how we can motivate ourselves to improve our fitness for the start of 2019.  Some of the Gymaid team have decided to take on a step challenge this year and we encourage you all to join us.

This challenge can be as gentle or intense as you’d like it, so you’re really in control. However, increase the intensity and you’ll increase the results. Give 10 mins in your day to this challenge and an average person could achieve up to 1000 steps, that’s around 3.5 miles! Use your Air Products to step up and down on and this will make it nice and easy on your joints.

So, if you’re looking for a simple way to improve your health and be more active in 2019, we encourage you to take part in our step challenge! Improve your stamina, cardiovascular fitness and have a bit of fun.

Whatever your new year's resolution may be for 2019, we hope you smash it!
