My daughter Emily has the home edition training set from Gym Aid and it has proved to be a fantastic training aid to compliment her gymnastics classes. Emily loves to bring the airtrack outside on sunny days for tumbling but it can be used indoors also and is particularly useful for conditioning and stretching especially when used in conjunction with the included air pillows. A particular favourite in our house is the blue air roll which is an invaluable training tool for Emily, allowing her to practise back flexibility, splits, tumbling shapes and shoulder flexibility but has also provided all the family with endless hours of fun. Run DMT is a new innovative club and in addition to buying all our DMT equipment from Gymaid, we have been particularly excited with the new range of AirTrack Factory equipment. This is so innovative, with the modular equipment allowing us to find news ways to improve training and performance, and introduce new disciplines into our training such as tumbling and gymnastics whilst minimising impact injuries and with a very small storage space, crucial when you are using leisure centre storage. The added bonus which we hadn’t foreseen when we bought the equipment was that we can introduce loads of conditioning games which the gymnasts love doing!
