About Gymaid
Our story began in 1975 as a trampoline specialist company founded by John and Penny Beer, who with expert knowledge, dedication and commitment made many great accomplishments as the owners of Gymaid. On 3rd November 2010, Gymaid Ltd transferred ownership to Martin Laws (Director) and Liz Laws (Director). Both have a long and experienced background in the sport. They have appointed Claire Greenstreet as Gymaid’s General Manager who deals with the day to day running of the business.
At Gymaid we have a real passion for gymnastics and it shows in the products we offer. We are very particular about the products we sell and seek only high quality products that offer outstanding safety and value for money. We are happy to offer expert advice and help you invest in the product that is right for your needs.
As well as supplying you with new products we are also able to maintain them for you. Our engineers are highly experienced and will offer an annual service to keep your trampolines performing to the best of their ability.
Gymaid are the only UK supplier of Eurotramp products. Eurotramp offer probably the best trampoline equipment in the world. For over 50 years, Eurotramp trampolines have been the preferred trampoline equipment for most athletes and coaches. Eurotramp are the most successful supplier of competition equipment for trampolining competitions such as the Olympic Games, World and European Championships, countless World Cups, national championships and many major international events and trampolining events around the world.
Gymaid have been actively supporting trampolining in the UK for over 30 years and are proud to sponsor British Gymnastics, English Gymnastics and the Trampoline & DMT League. We supply trampoline & DMT equipment for all national level competitions and some international competitions. In supplying these competitions with the most up-to-date competitive Eurotramp trampolines, we give gymnasts in the UK the opportunity to compete on the same FIG approved equipment used on the World stage.
In 2014 Gymaid also became the sole UK supplier for AirTrack Factory products. AirTrack Factory manufacture inflatable gymnastics mats and have over 30 years experience in the production of inflatables. We are proud to expand our product range with these innovative gymnastics products that are manufactured to the highest quality. Inflatable gymnastics mats have become very popular in the UK, we have specifically chosen AirTrack Factory products for the quality that they offer.

Martin Laws– CEO
Martin is a well known personality around the world and a key figure at the heart of British trampolining and gymnastics today.
He has served as as Chair of the Commonwealth Gymnastics Confederation (CGC), the Secretary of the European Trampoline Technical Committee (UEG TTC), Board member of British Gymnastics, Chair of English Gymnastics, Chair of the National Trampoline Technical Committee (BG TTC) and Regional Chair of one of the largest regions of British Gymnastics (BG SE). Martin has been heavily involved with many sports groups, including chairing the Kent Olympic sports sector in preparation for 2012; His knowledge and expertise has been called into play as an expert witness in a number of legal cases. He is well respected for his skills, along with all his other positions, and is seen as a driving force at the cutting edge of our sport today.
Martin has also been a director of four other companies within the leisure industry, and is currently Chair of English Gymnastics, MD of Gillingham Jumpers ltd and Trustee of the SE Gymnastics Youth Trust, along with being the CEO of Gymaid. By developing the UK’s first purpose built trampoline centre, he has paved the way for the huge growth in the sport we see today.
Martin is honoured to be capped for his country on numerous occasions, many of which have been as head of the British delegation at events, such as World Games, World Championships and World Cups and official on the sports World circuit. He holds two International disciplines brevets of the FIG. During the 2012 Olympic Games in London, he was the National Technical Officer for the Judges.
Martin is also a renowned coach; he has coached many medallists, including British and World Age Winners, World Medallists and Olympians.

Elizabeth Laws– Director
1980 was a defining year for Liz when she became a voluntary Director and Secretary for Gillingham Jumpers Trampoline Club. For a number of years Liz has been dedicated to Jumpers and used her organisational skills to run volunteer coaching staff for the highly active club. Liz has also organised a number of events including local, regional, national and International competitions.
In 1997, Liz joined the club in a professional capacity by accepting a full time job as administration manager and coach, which she still undertakes to this day. Liz still carries out voluntary duties for the club and has won the services to sport award on three occasions. She has also been part of the team that was awarded the best small business award.
Liz is a High Performance Coach, as well as a National Judge in trampolining and has proven her skills as a successful company Director of two separate companies. Her commitment and passion to the sport of trampolining have gained an excellent understanding of competitor needs and the equipment they use making her an ideal Company Director for Gymaid. Liz understands situations from a buyer’s perspective and her contribution to Gymaid is invaluable.
Claire Greenstreet– General Manager
Claire is proud to manage the day-to-day running of Gymaid. In her younger years she was an International level trampolinist herself and has a passion for the sport.
Quality is Claire’s main focus, from the products sold, to the service provided; customer satisfaction is the heart and soul of the company.

Carl Furrer– Senior Engineer
Carl was World Champion in 1982, European Champion in 1981 and Bronze Medallist in 1983, so has a great understanding of trampolines from a competitor’s point of view as well as an engineers.
Carl has an amazing passion, knowledge and understanding for trampolining and is committed to giving an excellent customer service as well as sound professional advice.
He started his working career in 1983 working as a sales technician dealing with servicing and demonstrating sports equipment. He then progressed to work on behalf of Nissen International before setting up his own business. Carl has been working with Gymaid for over 30 years now and we are proud to have him as part of the team.
Frankie Bowring -Digital Marketing Assistant
Frankie has been with Gymaid since 2016 and has progressed from Apprentice to Digital Marketing Assistant. She is responsible for the entertaining content we share on our social media platforms, as well as assisting with other sales and marketing activities.

Ashley Reed - Book Keeper
Ashley is a part time Book Keeper for Gymaid, helping us to maintain accurate financial records. If you have any payment questions, Ashley will be happy to assist you.
Event Volunteers
Volunteering is simple; it is about giving your time to do something useful, without getting paid. Gymaid is very grateful to have had a number of volunteers over the years, without them we would be unable to maintain our sponsorship to British Gymnastics. Alongside full time jobs, our volunteers often run clubs themselves and still manage to find the time to give a little more back to the sport they love.
Gymaid sponsors British Gymnastics by supplying all of the competition equipment for Spring Event Series, The British Championships, and some International events. Our volunteers give up their time to help set-up and set-down all of the competition equipment.
