Legacy of the World Trampoline Championships 2023
As part of Eurotramp’s commitment to the World Trampoline Championships, 2 trampolines along with end decks and mats were gifted to the local area following the event. Having trampolines in the local area can have numerous benefits for the community. They provide a fun and engaging form of exercise for people of all ages, promoting physical fitness and overall well-being. Additionally, these top of the range trampolines can help give clubs a competitive edge.
Birmingham City Council received applications from local clubs eager to receive the equipment, and 2 lucky winners were selected. Receiving the top-of-the-range trampolines from the World Trampoline Championships will not only give the selected clubs a competitive edge, but it will also attract more members and enhance their training programs. With access to high-quality equipment, these clubs can offer advanced training techniques and attract talented athletes, ultimately raising the standard of trampolining in the local area.
Gymaid had the pleasure of delivering the equipment to their new homes following the end of the very successful World Championships at the Arena Birmingham in November 2023.
Power Gymnastics Trampoline, based at Billesley Tennis Centre in Birmingham were one of the recipients. This is what they had to say:
Power GT couldn’t be happier with the delivery of its Eurotramp Ultimate Trampoline and End Decks from this year’s Trampoline & Tumbling World Championships.
We applied to the Birmingham City Councils scheme, in which they were giving two Trampoline clubs in Birmingham the opportunity to win the legacy equipment from this year’s world championships. We were lucky enough to be chosen and we couldn’t be happier with the communication and delivery service provided by Gymaid. From start to finish they were clear and extremely helpful with the transport of the equipment.
Having this equipment has now allowed us to expand our trampoline programme even more than before and given everyone an opportunity to jump on the best equipment in the world!
Sandwell Flyers were also thrilled to be selected as recipients of the equipment in their brand new venue.
Overall, this legacy of the World Trampoline Championships 2023 is a testament to Eurotramps commitment to supporting the local gymnastics community and encouraging the development of talented athletes.
Gymaid were thrilled to be able to support them by delivering the specialist trampoline equipment following the World Championships.
