Return Policy
You have 14 days from delivery to return goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase and the reason for your return. Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you or credit your account. You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs. If you are eligible for a refund, the delivery cost for your order will be deducted from your refund.

Thank you for the Airfloor, it was just what we wanted and is easy for my daughter to handle with her friends! We are likely to be ordering another in the near future, I think, as she progresses to stringing together more back handsprings and whips!
It will also be travelling with me (from tomorrow) to a local gymnastics club where I am a parent volunteer and I am sure the kids will love it.
