Eurotramp Playground Trampoline Exercises

A trampoline workout is a great low impact way to burn calories, improve cardiovascular performance, balance and core strength.

Eurotramp, based in Germany, are the worlds leading manufacturer for trampolines. Every single product they produce combines decades of experience with modern technology. We are proud to be the UK supplier for Eurotramp products, bringing the best quality trampoline equipment to the UK market.

To offer a little inspiration this month, we are pleased to share with you the Eurotramp trampoline fitness video. It’s a great way to get active and make the most of playground trampolines. Start with simple balance exercises and work up to more intense exercises, for example jumping with a resistance band or the slalom exercise. It’s a great way to develop fitness on our ground level outdoor trampolines.

Trampoline exercise has great health benefits. Here’s our top three reasons why you should try trampolining exercises:

1.       It relieves stress

Exercise is known to release endorphins, the feel-good chemical in your brain. These can help to reduce stress and ease anxiety and depression. It’s also a fun way to exercise.

 2.       It’s easy on your joints

Trampolining is low impact, making it better for your joints.

3.       It’s great for your heart

Giving you a vigorous workout and strengthening the muscles needed for a healthy cardiovascular system.
