Our CEO, Martin John Laws, has achieved a high level of awards and achievements in the sport he’s dedicated his life to.
We are grateful to have his expertise on the team!
Here’s a little insight into some of his past & present roles:
- Chair of the Commonwealth Gymnastics Confederation (CGC)
- The Secretary of the European Trampoline Technical Committee (UEG TTC)
- Board member of British Gymnastics
- Chair of English Gymnastics
- Chair of the National Trampoline Technical Committee (BG TTC)
- Regional Chair of one of the largest regions of British Gymnastics (BG SE)
By developing the UK’s first purpose built trampoline centre, he has paved the way for the huge growth in the sport we see today.
His knowledge and expertise has also been called into play as an expert witness in a number of legal cases.
Martin is honoured to be capped for his country on numerous occasions, many of which have been as head of the British delegation at events, such as World Games, World Championships and World Cups and official on the sports World circuit.
During the 2012 Olympic Games in London, he was the National Technical Officer for the Judges.
Martin is also a renowned coach; he has coached many medallists, including British and World Age Winners, World Medallists and Olympians.
He was also a proud brevet judge from 1986 until 2020!
