Stay Active, Stay Positive
This is an extremely unique time for everyone and we are doing everything we can to maintain our service levels, whilst keeping safety at the forefront of our minds for everyone.
If you are self isolating and want to stay active Sport England have some great tips for exercising at home for all age groups.
We have plenty of products to help you keep active from the comfort of your own home.
Changes To Delivery Service Levels
We ask all customer that are purchasing from us to have patience and understanding that we are not operating in our normal way and this may have an impact on our deliveries taking a little longer than advertised on occasion.
We recognise the trust you place in us when ordering, so we wanted to share some information on the extra safety precautions we are taking.
For home gymnastics products we use Fedex or Parcelforce. They are still operating a delivery service and following the advice and recommendations from the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and other applicable CDCs, as well as the World Health Organisation (WHO) as they strive to help protect their team members and our customers.
All staff handling parcels are given the facts about COVID-19 and are being reminded to follow the simple, but effective steps to keep them safe such as frequent hand washing.
In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, as we have ourselves, you may have wondered "Is that package safe to touch?" The World Health Organisation has answered that question for us. They've made it clear that it is safe to handle a packages using extra precautions.
Fedex have a site dedicated to the latest information which can be found here.
For larger deliveries, such as a trampoline, we understand that a lot of clubs may run from within schools that may need to close temporarily. If you have placed an order and now would like to delay the delivery because of changes to access, please get in touch with a member of the team.
