Service Updates During Lockdown

Important Gymaid service updates for the upcoming lockdown period starting 05-11-2020

We are still here for you and open for business so no need to panic. We endeavour to proceed with business as normal, where we can, but some new safety measures and changes have been put in place.

  • Our new opening hours will be 10am – 4pm from 09-11-2020.
  • We will only have one member of staff in the building at any one time meaning that dispatching orders may be a slightly longer process for stock items. We will still aim to get your order dispatched within 2-3 days of cleared payment.
  • Our phone line will still be active but on limited hours so the best way to contact us will be via email at info@gymaid.com and using the live chat on our website.
  • Although we have seen most deliveries arriving within their given timeframe; on rare occasions as a result of the current climate some have been slightly delayed, please be kind to your courier companies as they are working very hard to get your parcels to you on time.  
  • Our engineer is still available for servicing and recommendation work so if you would like to book in please contact us.
